Constructed in 2017 by general contractor Hofmann & Finn Development Company Inc., The Ranch
House serves as a recreational amenity area for the newly constructed community of Audie Murphy. The
Ranch House features gaming, two swimming pools, a spa, and a sizable grassy amphitheater. Wilhelm
Electric Co., Inc. served as the electrical sub-contractor for this project.
